The last two weeks I’ve been attending two classes that are put on by Apple through their training department. They are Mac OS X Helpdesk Essentials and Mac OS X Server Essentials. Although I have a great deal of experience in both environments, I’ve still found these classes to be useful and I’ve be shown a few “gems” in both of those classes.
